Eric Zimmerman oversees all client programs and initiatives as the vice president of operations at Virtucom Group. He is responsible for client-partner development and works closely with the executive team to develop strategy and implement best practices, with the goal of delivering the most cost-effective and relevant solutions to each client. With a keen eye for production capacity, efficiency and leveraging technology solutions to increase return on investment for all Virtucom Group partners, Eric has successfully led program management initiatives for all client accounts. He brings invaluable insight and dedication to the firm and client-partners, aligning solutions and innovation with the world-class service found at the core of Virtucom Group's mission.
As the director of operations at Virtucom Group, Dominick Musolino works closely with the executive, account management and creative teams on a daily basis to instill best practices for all of Virtucom Group's client partners. Whether working with a group of writers and editors to hone digital marketing processes to produce great content, or a retail partner to enhance the validity of their website's page, Dominick uses his experience as a copywriter, editor and leader to ensure the team is producing the best possible product in a timely, effective manner.
Dominick is a graduate of Le Moyne College, with a B.A. in English and Communications. He is HubSpot Certified in Inbound and Content Marketing.
As a member of Virtucom Group's leadership team, Stephen Mullane has two main goals: delight his client base and ensure his internal team is happy, productive and running like a well-oiled machine. He works directly with the firm's customers to ensure their ecommerce and content marketing success. Stephen began his journey at Virtucom Group as a copywriter, and he often calls on that experience when he's collaborating with his writing and editing team.
Stephen graduated from Le Moyne College, earning a B.A. in English with a concentration in creative writing. He is HubSpot certified in Inbound and Content Marketing.
Tommy Hayes is the business development manager at Virtucom Group. Tommy oversees new client growth for the firm's ecommerce services and strategic content initiatives with channel partners. Tommy has worked closely with the executive and production teams in developing Virtucom Group's three core services of taxonomy, product content management and custom content creation into an innovative managed service, called ProdX.
Prior to joining Virtucom Group, Tommy spent five years as a small business consultant supporting clients with marketing and sales strategies, process efficiency, new product development, mergers and acquisitions and strategic growth goals.
As a U.S. Army Veteran, Tommy's attention to detail and situational awareness complement Virtucom Group's history of delivering high-quality products with outstanding service.
Erica Geller is a marketing professional who partners with her team at Virtucom Group to offer an in-depth customer service experience. Erica began working with Virtucom Group as a copywriter and eventually was promoted to the position of lead editor, where she learned team management and client relationship skills. Erica has worked hand-in-hand with many of Virtucom's clients since 2008.
Erica's previous experience is in journalism and higher education. Prior to Virtucom Group, she worked for several local newspapers primarily as an editorial resource. She has also taught as an adjunct instructor for the English Department at SUNY Oswego.
Erica is HubSpot certified in both Inbound and Content Marketing. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Dartmouth College and a Master's Degree in English Literature from the University of Rochester.
Sunshine Ingersoll is an associate program manager at Virtucom Group, managing content production for retail clients. Her work includes overseeing content creation, data acquisition and image processing teams, ensuring deliverables are complete, accurate and on schedule. She is thorough and timely in supporting client requests, and she is a trusted liaison for the client, their suppliers and Virtucom Group's internal teams. Her diligence, strong attention to detail and knowledge of the industry are valuable assets in maintaining long-standing relationships with clients, as well as with countless vendor representatives.
Starting her career at Virtucom Group as a data acquisition specialist, Sunshine worked with video game publishers to collect and organize product information. She has since worked on and managed several accounts - working closely with retailers and suppliers who provide a wide assortment of product lines that include consumer electronics and appliances, office supplies, sporting goods, apparel, health & beauty and pet supplies.
Sunshine received a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from SUNY Oswego, and she holds certifications in Inbound and Content Marketing from HubSpot.
Sheryl Davis is an editor and content marketing strategist for Virtucom Group. Her mission is to deliver compelling website and blog content that captures the hearts and minds of her clients' audiences. If you were a fly on her office wall, you'd probably find her working with Virtucom Group's in-house writers to infuse their content with storytelling, encouraging the team to keep up with the latest news in digital marketing or working on the script for the next Content Marketing Tips from Virtucom Group video.
Before joining Virtucom Group in 2010, Sheryl spent a decade working in the political communications field where she wrote a lot of press releases, strategized and coordinated election campaigns and worked to make politicians look good, no matter the medium.
Sheryl is certified in Inbound and Content Marketing by HubSpot and has a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Economics from the University at Albany (SUNY Albany).
Britt DeJohn is a content marketing strategist and editor at Virtucom Group. Britt has been creating and managing strategy-backed content since 2012 and works closely with her team of writers to develop strong relationships that serve as the foundation for great content. Ngoc Pham is an onboarding manager at Virtucom Group. She helps make the client onboarding process seamless during the initial contact and throughout the entire relationship, whether it's with a client or vendor. She likes to analyze new and existing processes and is always seeking out ways to improve upon them. Ngoc is focused on the "why" - and by asking the essential questions, she's able to better understand and meet the needs of her clients. She loves fostering a community of engagement and building relationships within the company by way of events and friendly competition.
Ngoc has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Syracuse University. She has certifications in Inbound and Content Marketing through HubSpot.
Elizabeth (Liz) Landry joined the Virtucom Group team in 2014 as an acquisition specialist and is currently an onboarding manager who helps oversee the acquisition and item onboarding workflows for various ProdX and traditional retail clients. She also writes for Virtucom Group's Retail Blog, assists with social media initiatives and periodically coordinates professional development workshops for fellow employees. In her work, Liz enjoys applying her keen eye for detail and organization, collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and trying her hand at new and exciting projects.
Prior to coming to Virtucom Group, Liz completed a grant writing internship where she honed her research, writing and communication skills while also developing her love of details and working within a team of dedicated individuals.
Liz earned a B.A. in English Literature from SUNY Geneseo and is both Inbound and Content Marketing certified through the HubSpot Academy.
